British Wado Federation

British Wado Federation is the governing body that issue our licences and to whom the licence fee is to be paid.

It is the responsibility of each individual student to pay close attention to making sure their license is always in date and does not lapse.

License renewal must be performed annually. Check the slip at the back of your licence for the expiry date.

Start the renewal procedure in good time (3-4 weeks before expiry date).

The form is found in the “Wado Portal” (British Wado Federation Student / Instructor Licence Form) available from the above page.
When filling out the licence form please use hakuba.wadoryu.karate@gmail.com for the “Signing instructor’s email address” so we can approve your licence application.
The “Wado Portal” also includes a separate payment gateway which you can use to pay the licence fee. Once you have made payment and completed the application form, please send proof of payment to licence@britishwadofederation.org.uk

Remember to always bring your licence to all training sessions, courses, and gradings.
